AARON NORRIS

Aaron Norris is an international barber, influencer, and the visionary behind
Shearperfection. His approach to barbering is rooted in three pillars: presentation, skillset, and connection. From mastering clipper-to-shear blending techniques to building a global social media presence, Aaron has created a brand that transcends the traditional barbershop.

His craft took him to the UK not once, but periodically to learn, collaborate, and cut hair with some of the best barbers in the world. That international exposure shaped the style and standard you experience at every Shear Perfection appointment.

Trained at Wake Tech Barber School under lead director Mr William Graham, Aaron turned early-career discipline into an award-winning craft. Featured in Bold Journey, Voyage Raleigh, and Shoutout North Carolina for his work merging barbering with digital arts.
