Orders & Shipping
• You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order, including your order details and shipping method. Please ensure your correct shipping address is provided as we are unable to redirect shipments once picked up by the carrier.
• Once your order is prepared, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with your tracking information.
• All orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends & holidays.
• Orders to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS.
• Expedited Shipping options are available through UPS and rates calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping
• Free shipping within the contiguous United States is offered on orders of $50 or more via UPS/USPS.
• Most orders deliver within 2-5 business days once picked up by the carrier.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
• All shipments to these addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Undeliverable Packages
• Should the carrier return an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs. If you would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, please place a new order on our website.

Returns & Exchanges
At Perfection Products, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, most do not qualify for returns due to safety and hygienic requirements. We put our customers and brand integrity above all else. We never sell used, damaged, or expired products. Please email us at info@shearxperfection.com with any concerns and we will get back you within one business day.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us, we will replace it for you at no charge.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and you will receive a reply within one business day.
